Andrew “Andy” Killion joined BICC in 2019 as Vice President after many years with leading Ventura County investment firms starting in 1993 with Dean Witter.

He serves on the advisory board of VC Caregivers, Volunteers Assisting the Elderly. He founded the annual “VC Caregivers Sailathon” in 2002.

He and his son Jack walked the Northern route of the Camino de Santiago in Spain in 2013.

He graduated from The California Maritime Academy in 1991 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration – Intermodal Transportation. Andy is also an Accredited Marine Surveyor and is a member of the Society of Accredited Marine Surveyors “SAMS”.

Andy and his wife Tina live in Ventura California.
